Hi! I’m Stephanie Conti, boy mom to Luca, 7, Brody, 6, and Milo, 2, former elementary school teacher turned family and newborn photographer and recent Georgia transplant! Moving to St. Simons Island from Connecticut in December of 2020 amidst a pandemic, with three small children, a husband working full time, a crazy canine companion, life has been busy! I began to think, wouldn’t it be wonderful to have one place to find everything from weekend events to best dentists in the area to last minute ideas for dinner. So I began Golden Isles Moms. A community space for moms to find everything they need leading to one simple goal; giving moms the gift of time! (No, really!)
Hello, I’m Debbie Manor, girl mom to Quinn, 5 and Claire, 2! My husband Joe and I moved here permanently from upstate New York two years ago after being here temporarily for a short time prior. Between the sunshine and breezy nights, I can honestly say the weather is definitely better here! This year marks my third term as President of MOMS Club of St Simons Island where I get to plan lots of pretty amazing activities for moms and their children. I love getting to help newly relocated families find a community and, with plenty of my own experience, support moms adjusting to stay-at-home parent life. When I’m not baking or dancing around in my living room with my girls, I’m usually out checking out places in the Golden Isles!
