What is your name? Cailen Braun
What Golden Isle do you call home and how long have you lived there? We have lived on Saint Simons for a year.
What do you love about living here? Saint Simon’s has brought much serendipity to our family. We were engaged and married here then moved here last September from Atlanta. I love the small town feel. I love the adventure the heart and the activities of the island.
How many children do you have and what are their names and ages? I have two children Ella is 3 1/2 and Sutton is 2.

What do you do for work and what’s the best part of your job? I have started Alphacare Health on Saint Simons. I do house call Chiropractic care Saint Simons. I love helping to be part of the healing process for others. I love adjusting kids too!
What’s one thing people might be surprised to know about you? I was a pole vaulter in college 🙂
What’s one way you relax when you need to “unwind”? Yoga! Or a beach day!
What’s your best “mom hack?” Mixing greens in everything especially pops!
