What Golden Isle do you call home and how long have you lived there? We live on Saint Simons Island, GA since December 2019
What do you love about living here?We love the serenity of the island, nice neighbors and a relaxing atmosphere.
How many children do you have and what are their names and ages?2 kids, Dawson age 13 and Olivia Jane age 8
What’s one of your favorite mom resources (websites, groups, stores, etc.) in the area?The wide variety of Moms at the Saint Simons Island MOMS Club have been a great resources for local information when we relocated two years ago from Macon, GA to Saint Simons Island.
What do you do for work and what’s the best part of your job? I’m a Mom, first and foremost. Then while the kids are at school, I stay busy with my construction and real estate businesses.
I love having the flexibility of being able to attend my kids after school sports and activities. The carpool conversations are the best!
What’s one thing people might be surprised to know about you?I build houses in my spare time for fun!
What’s one way you relax when you need to “unwind”? When I figure that out, I’ll let y’all know.
What’s your best mom hack?Delegating to my husband all the things I don’t want to do.
