Meet-a-Mom Diana Graham!

Meet Diana! If you’ve ever enjoyed any of the Glynn County libraries programs, thank her! Diana is the programming director and we’re thankful for all she does for Brunswick and St. Simons libraries. Read on to find out more about her!

What is your name? Diana Graham

What Golden Isle do you call home and how long have you lived there? I’ve lived in St. Mary’s since 2019 but I am now calling Brunswick home!

What do you love about living here?There are so many great outdoor adventures for families.

How many children do you have and what are their names and ages? I have one daughter named Suzie who is 6.

What’s one of your favorite mom resources (websites, groups, stores, etc.) in the area? I love reading articles from Jacksonville Moms due to my proximity to Jax. However, for local resources you can’t go wrong with chatting up moms at storytime.

What do you do for work and what’s the best part of your job? I am the programming coordinator for the Marshes of Glynn Libraries in Brunswick and St. Simons. I plan programs for all ages at all Glynn County libraries. I love meeting people from various walks of life and helping them in any way I can. Another thrilling part of my job is learning about peoples talents and interests and giving them a venue to show those off.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to know about you? I am half Honduran! My father met my mother when he was stationed in Honduras during the 80’s.

What’s one way you relax when you need to “unwind”? I like to curl up on the couch with my family for a movie night. But if I want alone time, sitting on the beach with a book or rummaging through a thrift store.

What’s your best mom hack?Always carry snacks!
