What Golden Isle do you call home and how long have you lived there? I live in Brunswick, 2 years

What do you love about living here? The slow pace, gentle spirit of the people and it just feels like home.

How many children do you have and what are their names and ages?4: Emma(12), Zach(10), Tyson(8), Owen(2)

What do you do for work and what’s the best part of your job? I am a local Art teacher at both Saint Simons Christian School as well and in the community with after school classes. I love seeing people get excited when something like art that they have been intimated by becomes something the love and enjoy!

What’s one thing people might be surprised to know about you? I very insecure even though I’m outgoing.

What’s one way you relax when you need to “unwind”? Sitting on the beach, painting or doodling.

What’s your best mom hack? Take a breath, remember to teach and not judge and that kids are kids.
